Background information
Created on 9 October 1969, E & P (Entreprise et Personnel) is an association dedicated to the professionalization of the HR function. The membership network now comprises more than 110 companies, private and public organizations. E & P’s action focuses on five major activities: exchanges between HR professionals, publications, intervention, training, monitoring.
Our business is particular and corresponds to a heterogeneous set of follow-ups and activities that have different economic models (…) Thanks to Simplicité, we have obtained the tool we wanted, both specific, scalable and advantageous pricing level . Moreover, the solution is very intuitive to use, which greatly facilitates its appropriation by our collaborators.
Challenge
Equip the Company & Personnel association with a new Information System (excluding accounting) in order to meet its management and management needs. Each activity must be developed and commissioned independently, without questioning the other activities still supported by the former IT system until full migration.

Create a tailor-made information system covering the association’s 5 professions: exchanges, training, publications, monitoring, interventions.
