Promises kept and even beyond since we were able to mature our need during the project and exceed the strict scope we had initially imagined. Challenge

With more than 50,000 employees worldwide, employee management is a major challenge for the company. As part of its cross-functional activity, Essilor Europe’s Human Resources Department must have complete control over its organization. To do so, it must have reliable and up-to-date data on staff and the organisation. As the information is available at different places on the Information System, the main challenge is to create a centralized HR repository shared by all guaranteeing the quality of the data.
