Background information
Crédit Agricole, nicknamed the «Green Bank» because of its original activity at the service of the agricultural world, is a French network of cooperative and mutual banks, made up of the 39 Crédit Agricole regional caisses. SILCA and CA-Technologies are two subsidiaries of the group that provide IT and logistics services related to the installation and maintenance of all or part of the Information Systems.
Simplicité convinced us by its ability to meet our specific needs in record time. Moreover, when these needs have evolved, the application has shown flexibility and evolved without difficulty.
Challenge
As part of its core business, SILCA has an obligation to ensure continuity of service in the event of a disaster. SILCA has been able to describe and implement a very specific PSI management process in line with its needs and constraints during its many years of experience in the management of IT Rescue Plans (PSI). Since the vertical solutions of the market can not meet all of its specificities and are too costly, the challenge has been to develop an industrial solution that is flexible, centralized and shared by all, and which meets 100% of the specific need.
Objectives

Make available, in real time, the progress of the roadmaps for all PSI actors. Deploy the ISP to other entities of the group (CA-Technologies)

Increase visibility on a dynamic planning

Optimize and enrich the PSI based on feedback from the field
