Background information
The French Red Cross (CRF) is a French humanitarian aid association founded in 1864. Its aim is to help people in difficulty in France and abroad. Its fundamental missions are first aid, social action, training, health and international action. Its work is partly financed by donations from individuals or companies. The management of its donations is a central activity for this association.
Challenge
To allow the Red Cross to centralize the management of donations that come from corporate sponsorships to ensure the reliability of information, avoid duplication and mistakes in seizure. To allow a top-down communication with patrons and to set up a simple and evolutive tool.
Objectives

Complete redesign of the existing tool to optimize and improve the management of patron donations.

Guarantee the quality of the data and allow reporting on the activity of corporate sponsorship.

To have an agile solution to consider the evolutions of the trade.
