background

The Communauté d'agglomération de La Rochelle is a French intermunicipal structure, located in the department of Charente-Maritime and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. With its 28 municipalities, it forms an ensemble that is both maritime and rural, diverse and balanced. From its inception, the CdA was designed as a project territory. A way to carry out joint actions at the service of all (travel, flood prevention, social cohesion, etc.) and to acquire infrastructures and equipment intended to strengthen its development and attractiveness.

Challenges

As part of its asset management, the Communauté d'Agglomération de La Rochelle wanted to challenge Simplicité to provide it with a “turnkey” application allowing it to effectively manage part of its real estate assets, part consisting mainly of business incubators within the agglomeration community.

Objectives

Have a centralized, industrial tool shared by all.

Provide a better service to the businesses hosted by the incubator (management of badges, accesses, interventions, etc.).

Flexibility and scalability in order to allow evolutions and expansion to extended wealth management.

Manage the life cycles of accommodation contracts (confidentiality, alerts, etc.).

A turnkey Simplicité application covering 100% of the need and a reference on the Information System.

A complete and unified tool (real-time identification of the assignment, identification and guarantee of the local/company link, management of alerts, intervention requests, contracts, etc.).

A unique, reliable and industrial repository.
